What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored in datacentres belonging to partner information. We keep your marketing and service data for three years from the date you last contacted us. All data is stored in GDPR compliant services and is subject to EU model clauses.

Your data may be stored in Google Workspace, Google Analytics and other Google services. Data collected by Google is covered by their privacy policy.

Your data may be stored in Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure services. Data collected by Microsoft is covered by their data processing agreements.

Your membership subscription data may be stored in Ghost. Data collected by Ghost Foundation LTD is covered by their data processing agreement.

Your payment data may be stored in Stripe. Data collected by Stripe, Inc. is covered by their data processing agreement.

Your data may be stored in Xero, and is covered by their privacy policy.

We will dispose of your information when it is no longer covered by a lawful basis. We will do this by deleting the files and/or database records which hold the data and all relevant backups.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
  • Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
